About Stonecrest Ranch POA
All land owners of Stonecrest Ranch are members of the Stonecrest Ranch Property Owners' Association (POA). There are five owners elected to the Board of Directors and those members lead the community in the ongoing daily required maintenance of the grounds and the ongoing required financial duties. We are all under restrictive covenants, called Deed Restrictions and the Board is responsible for the proper governace of the documents. The POA is assisted on a daily basis by the property management services of Investment Management Company.
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stonecrest Ranch, as well as the Stonecrest Ranch Property Owners' Association Fine Schedule, serve as the master documents that detail the restrictive covenants that govern our community. They provide the design and development criteria for Stonecrest Ranch and the process for proper governance of the community standards. These documents are legally recorded documents with the County Clerk of Montgomery County and every owner is subject and governed by these recorded documents.
The Stonecrest Ranch Board of Directors are governed by the recorded bylaws. The elected body of five Board members are active within the community and are available to answer questions about the governance within the community. Since its inception, Stonecrest Ranch has become one of the most desirable acreage communities in Southeast Texas and a great place to live. Each person brings unique personalities, talents and gifts which they wish to share with others, whether it be planning social events, being involved in the governance of the neighborhood, leading the crime watch committee, creating a homeowner directory, or just being available to listen, laugh or give a smile and wave to a neighbor. It is these people whom we call not only neighbors but friends and why Stonecrest Ranch is a premier acreage living community in southeast Texas.
