Architectural Control Committee
(ACC)
The ACC Committee is responsible for reviewing all plans for structures and improvements on the lots in Stonecrest Ranch. Over the years, many guidelines have been set to ensure the Deed Restrictions are being followed. There are 3 members appointed by the BOD to oversee and approve or disapprove all plans submitted for review. The ACC works closely with the Board of Directors to establish acceptable guidelines.
Once your application is submitted, your application will be viewed and you will receive an response within 30 days.

All projects require a final ACC inspection upon completion. Please contact IMC upon completion and the ACC will be notified and will contact you to meet for final inspection.
