Architectural Control Committee
(ACC)
All new buildings, alterations, etc. require the submission and approval of an ACC Application. The Architectural Control Committee is responsible for reviewing all plans. Over the years, guidelines have been established to help owners meet the requirements of the Covenants and ensure consistency of established norms within the neighborhood. There are 3 members appointed by the BOD to oversee and approve or deny plans submitted for review. Once an application is submitted, it will be viewed and response provided within 30 days. All projects require a final ACC inspection upon completion. Please contact IMC upon completion and the ACC will be notified and will contact you to meet for final inspection.
