Board/Annual Meetings
The Board Meetings for Stonecrest Ranch POA will be held at The Woodlands Office. Executive session will begin at 6:00 p.m., and Open Session will begin at 6:30 p.m. There will be an Agenda posted on the portal to inform owners of what the Board will be discussing at the meeting.
If you would like to join the Board to listen to the business that is being conducted, you are welcome to do so. If you would like to speak to the Board, you must notify the Management Company in writing 72 hours before the meeting and ask to be put on the Agenda. This is a Board meeting not a general meeting of the members.
