Board/Annual Meetings
The Stonecrest Ranch POA board meets periodically throughout the year and generally will meet at the offices of IMC in Conroe. Executive session will begin at 6:00 p.m., and Open Session will begin at 6:30 p.m. There will be an Agenda posted on the portal to inform owners of what the Board will be discussing at the meeting.
If you would like to join the Board to listen to the business that is being conducted, you are welcome to do so. If you would like to speak to the Board, you must notify the Management Company in writing 72 hours before the meeting and ask to be put on the agenda.
An Annual Meeting of the property owners is generally held around March of each year. Property owners are all encouraged to attend and participate in the governance of the subdivision.
